School Management regularly conducts career counseling workshops for students where they get useful information regarding the job options they can opt for in future.

 

 

       

 

Career Counseling Workshops

School management is very attentive and serious for the future of the students. For the purpose school management conducts career counseling workshop for the students and as well as their parents on the regular basis.

Career Counseling Workshop was conducted for our class XII- students of Sc. and Commerce stream on Feb 6, 2010. It was started at 9.00 a m sharp in the school Auditorium. Mr. Thyagrajan, Chief Strategist with his team member Mr. Hari Prasad gave a good presentation for students and their parents. Workshop was conducted in two rounds –in first round Mr. HariPrasad delivered a Motivational lecture and presented in an effective way a variety of new courses which they can opt after class XII.

In the second round, Aptitude Test was conducted. This test consisted of 46 questions comprising Three Sections. It was a 30 minutes test to test the aptitude of the students.

After evaluation students were given suggestion which fields they can opt after being successful in class XII Board Examination? Ample opportunities are waiting for them. During the workshop parents also asked several questions and the expert team answered to their full satisfaction.

Excursion Tours

RRMPS also believes in practical learning. The students are given opportunities to participate in field trips and long tours. The school organizes short and long educational trips to places of cultural, historical and scientific importance. The whole excursion is planned to be a ‘learning by seeing’ trip.

“Learning beyond Classroom” is the hallmark of the school educational system. So, to achieve this, educational tours are regularly organised by the school. Tours of national importance are being organised to develop understanding of our cultural heritage camping expeditions, picnics, visit to world heritage sites are also organized.
