The School is run on Public School lines and governed with a Code. The overall administration of the school rests with the Board of Governors, headed by the Trust's Chairman. Members of the managing committee are either educationists or achievers in their respective fields with a strong inclination towards education. Day-to-Day administration of the school is looked after by the Principal. The academic part is taken care of directly by education experts and consultants. All the academic and administrative staff members of the school are permanent employees.

R. R. Morarka Charitable Trust, Mumbai is the apex body looking after the affairs of the school. Based on the vision and guidance of the trust, the location team takes care of the day-to-day affairs.
